We have done business with Faulkner before and was offered an opportunity to trade in our vehicle for a newer one. I spoke to Patty on the phone and she was so helpful, patient and friendly. I went to a few dealerships to see the car I knew I wanted. I bought my first car from Faulkner and wanted to give them the first chance at my sale. I came back one more time to see if they could beat the price and dealt with Bruce and, again, Jason. They came down from their original quote by a significant amount and I bought that day. Both Marc and Bruce were really great to work with and were respectful with my financial concerns. Bruce even went so far as to help me out while negotiating with my car insurance provider. I am glad that I went back and was able to purchase my car from Faulkner. More

Once I found a car I was interested in test driving, Mike took the time to give me detailed instruction of the vehicle before I took it for a test ride. After the test ride, both Mike and Jason gave me options for leasing and buying and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing my car that same evening and am very happy with it. More

We came in about 2 weeks ago to look for a new Camry. At the time we had a 1999 Camry and a 2001 Corolla. We were definitely overdue for a new car. We have owned various toyota products since 1990.
