Outstanding salesman, finance department, and dealership. Buying a car at Faulkner was one of the best choices I ever made. While already having a bad experience at another dealership, I was hesitant walking Buying a car at Faulkner was one of the best choices I ever made. While already having a bad experience at another dealership, I was hesitant walking into Faulkner to talk about the 4Runner I was interested in buying. I never felt more relaxed and confident in the choice I made. Julian was the best car salesman I have ever come in contact with. His professionalism, honesty, and ability to answer all my questions was outstanding. Jason from Finance helped me completely understand my warranty and the loan process. I left that dealership feeling excited about my new 4Runner and confident I made the right decision. You couldn’t ask for a better salesman, finance department, and dealership. Thank you again for making buying my 4Runner a great experience. I will forever recommend Julian, Jason, and Faulkner Toyota. More

He explained things so that I could understand what he was saying. His warm smile made me feel welcomed. He is a great role model for Faulkner Toyota. Jason Brown, in finance, was also very helpful. He did a great job explaining the procedure for our lease buyout. Jason was very patient in answering both my questions and my husband’s questions. He wanted to make sure that we understood all the paperwork and options available to us. Alan Rhode in Sales was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and helpful. More
