Waiting for the paperwork was nearly two hours and this means only four stars. The folks were friendly and the dealership pleasant and generally relaxing. We got the price we expected using truecar. That was simple enough. Although the back and forth over the interest rate seemed to be 'sales gimmick' in the transaction. Michael, our sales rep, was nice. More

Rav 4 experience When I arrived at Faulkner I was just looking around at the new RAV 4.. My son new Fitz and he was glad to hep me. FITZ was great. I got a price from the BDC Manager so I had an idea what they cost. However, As usual they tried to play games with the price. I guess the Sales Mgr.(closer ) thought they had a lay down. I will say they did came back with the correct price and i purchased the vehicle. The only thing I really didn't like was they try to wear you down by making you sit and sit. I was there over 3 hours and that's crazy. All in all they weregreat to work with and I would buy from there again. More
