new car purchase I'm not good at writing so I wasn't going to write anything but you won't acknowledge the first part of my survey unless I write something which I don I'm not good at writing so I wasn't going to write anything but you won't acknowledge the first part of my survey unless I write something which I don't believe is right. I answered all the questions on your survey and that should have been enough. At 73 years of age I have adjusted quicker than I thought I would in working automatic locks of car doors and windows that you don't have to hand crank. I've never had a car with automatic windows and doors that lock by pushing a button on your key ring. I've always had to lock and unlock my cars with the key and hand crank my windows up and down. Thanks to Jason for his patience in explaining all the new things that I have never before had in a car. A special thanks to Sharon Crossman in the service department who was in charge of all the appointments for service on my 2009 Accent. Because I trusted her honesty when I brought my 2009 Accent I chose to purchase my first new car from Rowe and not another dealership. More
