It has been years since I had taken any of my Subarus to be serviced here. My car's dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree, and I was going to have it towed to another dealer nearby my home. Going in for routine maintenance, it was discovered that a ball joint needed replacing. I elected to have the work done immediately and was told it would take an additional 2 1/2 hours.
