I recently visited Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service team took great care of me, and everything was completed efficiently and professionally. While I was there, I also had the opportunity to discuss potentially purchasing a new vehicle. My salesperson, Kristina, was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. She made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Finance Manager Brandon Miles, who was incredibly transparent, professional, and kind. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, he is one of the most honest finance professionals I have ever worked with. His straightforward approach and willingness to explain everything clearly were truly refreshing. From the service department to the sales and finance teams, everyone treated me with respect and provided exceptional customer service. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and painless. The sales managers really went to bat for us when the pre-approved financing came back with a higher interest rate that what the bank originally quoted.
