Kinda shady. Went to look at new truck and it was a loner. I have only had truck a week and there already telling me time for first Maintenance .Also I was preapproved thrue the wed sight for a 5.2 interest rate for $570 a month but they tried to tell me it was $720 a month until I showed them the proof then he left for 20 min came back and said “OH I missed some of the incentives sorry” then my sales me asked me to sign paper work that he walked me around the shop , but he didn’t. Also 11 year old daughter found bottles of xxxxxxxx pills in back seat pocket. When I sent him the picture all he could say was “Those aren’t mine ! Just throw them away.” Then said hey I filled the tank up for you.” Like I really give a xxxx. I will say after speaking with Brandon the manager he did apologize. More

Could not be more pleased with my experience at Mac Haik while buying my husband a new truck. I was very frustrated with the three dealerships I had quotes from because the internet quote is not the true qu while buying my husband a new truck. Mac Haik didn't do that at all. I worked with Jason and Ellyse. Outstanding service and no hidden fees. I did everything remote by Docusign so it was super easy. I'll buy from them again, for sure.
