He first gained an idea as to what my wife was looking for. He then steered her to floor and lot inventory where she found the exact vehicle with the options and color she desired. The deal was negotiated and sealed. Due to a personal situation developing because of our relocation from Arizona the dealership worked magnificently to let us drive the car off the lot.
