He first gained an idea as to what my wife was looking for. He then steered her to floor and lot inventory where she found the exact vehicle with the options and color she desired. The deal was negotiated and sealed. Due to a personal situation developing because of our relocation from Arizona the dealership worked magnificently to let us drive the car off the lot. At no time was there pressure to deal or buy. Our time was respected and allowed to be used to make the deal happen. I look forward to a long relationship with Ed Martin Toyota. More
