Gene was attentive from the moment we approached the sidewalk in front of the dealership! Although we came on referral from a business associate of ours, and asked for Rob by name, Gene cordially took sidewalk in front of the dealership! In the end, Gene took me for a test drive, answered every question I asked, and then added much more information. He was low key, cordial, friendly and courteous...truly a great Sales Consultant! We took ownership of the car the following day, on Gene's day off, and Jason Diaz was just as helpful, friendly and supportive as Gene was the previous day. What a dynamic duo! Both have offered to answer ANY questions I might have in the future...just call to make an appointment, and then come by for all the answers! How can this be any better?! He listened to our needs in a vehicle and directed us to the Santa Cruz. It is exactly what we were looking for. We test drove it and decided it was for us. We went over the numbers and he went to his boss to try to please us. He went a few times for us but never getting upset. He seemed pleased to negotiate for us. We finalized a deal and he went to get the vehicle ready for us and he had someone go over the book and all the vehicles features. When completed, Jason walked us to the Finance person to complete our paperwork. She too was so friendly and professional as well as down to earth. She did not pressure us to take all the warranties which I appreciated. She did however really express the things that would have really benefited us and we agreed. Jason then took us to our vehicle and explained how to use some features of the vehicle. We transferred our items to the new car and we left feeling good about our purchase. We think we could have negotiated a little more but with all the fantastic customer service and knowledge from the dealership we felt great about our deal. We would absolutely refer other friends to this dealership. More

A close friend recommended your dealership and put me in touch with the GM Chris J. and he found one in the exact configuration she was looking far on a boat from S. Korea. fast forward a couple of months and I flew down last weekend to pick it up and drive back up North. Shout out to Jason who handled everything and even picked me up at the airport. I was in and out about an hour. No games and no hassles! This being her 1st new vehicle my daughter couldn’t be happier! More
