After finishing three days of short test drives, selected Allen Turner due to good BBB reports and the model wanted by price and preferences. Went back after selecting from dealers inventory. Met Shiela who had already pulled our selection and took for lengthy test drive. After the drive we purchased the unit with no pressure being applied. Sheila went out and set the car up to our liking after explaining all the controls. It was well past their quitting time but Sheila and Jason stayed until we drove away with a great auto. More

No stress, fantastic buying experience I showed up at the dealership a couple of days after Christmas. Was not even sure I was going to buy a new car. Jason, a salesperson, approached me I showed up at the dealership a couple of days after Christmas. Was not even sure I was going to buy a new car. Jason, a salesperson, approached me and I explained that I was beginning my search. He was so friendly and non-pushy. I asked if I could drive a new Sonata, and we took one for a ride. Upon returning, I asked if he could put some numbers together with a trade of my 2007 Santa Fe. He put some numbers together for me and I told him I would talk with my wife and let him know in the morning. I purchased the car the next day and every member of the dealership was unbelievably helpful and courteous. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Allen Turner Hyundai and every experience I have has with them has been stress free and a real pleasure. More

He was helpful, not pushy, answered all my questions thoroughly, and worked with me to get all the available rebates. My issues were with the lack of communication to me, the buyer, after the sale when they, Allen Turner, changed my finance provider. The new provider called me informing me that I had opened an account with them. I had not been made aware and immediately thought my identity had been stolen. A little communication of the front end would have gone a long way. Additionally, the length of time to get my tag title paperwork sent to an AL tag office, they sent it the day before the temp tag expired, has added more of a sour taste in my mouth regarding this dealership. I'm hopeful that my service experience in the coming months will improve my perception of this dealership. More

Very relaxed atmosphere, we found a 2016 Tucson we really liked and took it for a drive. No pressure sales and that's what we wanted - at our pace and not the dealerships. Everyone we dealt with was very very helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped on the property. After a few days, we did make our decision to purchase a 2017 Tucson - price was excellent and the trade in for my 10 year old suv really made the deal. I did give it a 'good' rating - because there were a couple of things that could have gone a little smoother on the day of purchase - but overall it is a great place to purchase a car. More
