One thing I appreciated was Carl texting the next morning to see how my first commute was with the new ride. My only con would be there was a bit of confusion in regard to the incentives to the home charger program. If you are looking into the Hyundai line especially the EV please see the team I mentioned above if you want a streamlined process with caring individuals. More
