First called to see if what I wanted was in inventory and received a courteous conversation with Mr. Abati. Was happily greeted at the dealership and introduced to Ms. Rickard, Mr. Discello and Mr. Nogay. Al received a courteous conversation with Mr. Abati. Was happily greeted at the dealership and introduced to Ms. Rickard, Mr. Discello and Mr. Nogay. Allowed me to test drive a couple of cars to see if we were comfortable with the Mazda3 Hatchback/Sedan. Chose the sedan model without any real pressure to buy. Came back the second day to work out a no haggle deal. Picked up the car the following day with informative and helpful introduction to the new car. Returned two weeks later to have splash guards installed as part of the purchase agreement with no distractions or problems. Nice overall experience. More
