Jason D (he was my sales associate), Augie V (helped keep me entertained while I waited), Darren A (finance) and Kayla T (over phone) were all both i Jason D (he was my sales associate), Augie V (helped keep me entertained while I waited), Darren A (finance) and Kayla T (over phone) were all both informative and entertaining while helping facilitate the whole process. Kayla was amazing on the phone and made me confident in the ~2 hour drive to reach the location, Jason walked me through the all the steps and was a master of stepping up to juggle the range of scenarios, Augie and Jason also kept me entertained with stories while I waited for my wife to arrive (for over 2 hours!), and Darren was both extremely helpful from finance with a great sense of humor. It was truly a joy to work with every one of them (their entire staff all came out at various times to say hi to our dog and share stories of their pups as well which made the process much more genuine). At no point did I feel pressure to do anything I did not want to, and they all seemed to genuinely care about the customer. I feel extremely confident in referring all my family and friends to check them out. Well worth the drive and the wait! To be honest, if it weren't so far I'd go there just hang out with this team even if I didn't need a car. Thank you so much! More
