The dealership isn't close to me (20 miles), but I wanted to give them a try. I want to say I wasn't disappointed!! My sales rep, Gary Cellotto is first class. He made me feel comfortable and important. We worked out a deal on a pre-owned 2010 RAM without a hitch. And the rest of the dealership staff was also very friendly and helpful.. kind of like a family reunion. Wish I could have met 'David' himself! More

When I needed a truck ASAP for business he took time , made phone calls and had Steve Ellis was the most helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with. When I needed a truck ASAP for business he took time , made phone calls and had me in a new truck that day. It should be noted, he was on vacation and made all this happen from Ocean City NJ. Which goes to show what a great team he has working with him. They really did take the pain out of the process. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone considering a new vehicle. More

I did visit that dealer to take a test drive and negotiate the price. I did not care for the salesperson so I left. My wife had heard good things about David Dodge Chrysler so I emailed them for a quote. Alyssa, there internet specialist was in touch and we negotiated a price. David was away on business but he also took the time to email me to work out the deal. I then went to the dealership and met Steve Ellis to do all the paperwork. Steve and Alyssa were both excellent and very professional. I could not say enough about them. Jason who did the finance work was also excellent. I would definitely recommend David Dodge Chrysler to anyone looking for a new car. More

Ed Belonga was a real professional and treated us very well. We got a reasonable trade in and paid $500 over invoice for the new car. Fair all around. Dealers can make big bucks in the finance managers office where they try to sell you all kinds of cr*p like warranties, sealants, etc. Jason was the first FM who actually backed down when I said no. Family of Angels Sent from Heaven I would give them an "infinity of excellence" rating if they offered the choice above just 5 star meaning "excellent". We have not only bought new Jeeps here, but have them all serviced here and when accidents have occurred like the time my jeep was mangled due to hitting a deer - they took great care of me from beginning to end. Their body shop rebuilt my jeep as though she were brand new, matching her color from 2012 (that had been discontinued) to the tee!. She came out looking like a brand new car off the lot. I would like to mention the entire staff, but a few recent names I will highlight today are: Service Men David Zarzyoki, Andrew McCafferty, Shann Thomas, Big Bosses' Mom, another gentlemen, Kenny, receptionists' Doreen & Alyssa. As you read this review, Big Boss of David Dodge Chrysler Jeep, please go to your very own service computer to the "Burtch, Steven and Kathryn File to also recognize each and every employee who has ever helped us with service there over the many years we've been there. David Dodge Chrysler Jeep has treated us like "royalty" like "family". Never once has there been a rude, employee over the many long years we've dealt with them. They provide service with a smile, even to the nasty customers, (I've taken note), they are most pleasant, efficient, their estimate of timing for the work to be done has always been on time. If it hasn't, the odd time it is due to unforeseen extra problems that they see once they begin their work and they will always notify you of any change in estimate or timing before the go ahead and continue the work.
