When I purchased the truck , I also purchased the roll and lock Bed cover. It rolls but it wont lock. Since installation. It will slide and mechanism will seem like locked until you hit a bump then it op and lock Bed cover. It rolls but it wont lock. Since installation. It will slide and mechanism will seem like locked until you hit a bump then it opens to the next defend as much as 2 inches. The roll and lock help desk said the that happens when the rails are too far apart. And should be like 57 7/8 inches apart. Cargo is exposed, and this has been serviced here for the same problem at least twice and if someone test drives it (I’ll ride along) they can see the problem and maybe fox it. I have pictures I need to get this resolved ASAP. I received a courtesy follow up call about the service and the agent said they would notify maintenance to get me back in and it resolved. That was in the first week of JULY. This is August 11 and No call yet. I had to travel to New York, It started at on inch opening and had to pull over several times because it was ove half way open More
