CROOKED DEALERSHIP I live in Woodstock, GA. On Feb. 9, 2019, I made an offer to buy their 2017 Continental with my 2013 Lincoln MKS as my trade-in, complete with picture I live in Woodstock, GA. On Feb. 9, 2019, I made an offer to buy their 2017 Continental with my 2013 Lincoln MKS as my trade-in, complete with pictures and prices on both cars via e-mail with Sammy Groves as the salesperson. On the same day, Sammy came back to me stating that THEY accept my offer. Sammy asked me, when can I come in because she wanted to coordinate with her pre- owned car manager. I told her I will be at your place on Tuesday Feb. 12, 2019. On Feb. 11, I sent an e-mail stating because of the weather forecast OF 90% RAIN for Tuesday in Franklin, I changed it to Wed. Feb. 13. Sammy replied, Thanks for letting me know. On Feb. 13, 2019 We arrived at their dealership at 1:00 PM. She then told me that the same car has been sold on Tuesday night while she was off. THEY DID NOT HONOR OUR AGREEMENT. TO ME THIS A BEACH OF CONTRACT. I have to drive for over 400 miles and nine hours to their dealership and back for nothing. What a shame. I did not realized how crooked this dealership is under the management of CROOKED Jason Givens, their Pre-contract manager. I reported this event to the General Manager but He never replied to me at all. He is another CROOKED. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. More

There were no attempts to up-sell me a product I didn't need, no high-pressure sales tactics, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I received. It definitely had its ups and downs but in the end they made it right The Good The Bad and The Ugly. I recently purchased an F-150 from Ford Franklin. It definitely had its ups and downs but in the end they made it right. I have to take some responsibility myself as I didn't test drive the vehicle because it was pouring rain. However I would have figured that anything significantly wrong with the vehicle would have been repaired. I worked with Justin on the purchase we didn't have to go back and forth and play a lot of games he offered One Price I told him my bottom line and we agreed to it. When I discovered there was a significant problem with the vehicle Jason the used car director stepped in and made sure the issues were handled. When the issue became even more serious one of their top Executives Chris stepped in and authorized the substantial repairs that needed to be made to the vehicle. As a gesture of Goodwill they even put on some aftermarket parts for me that I had purchased. That's the kind of customer service. Winds return service in my mind. More
