Good work, not the greatest customer service I tried to call three times to schedule my appointments I had questions. I waited on the hold line each time for over 20 minutes and was never able to I tried to call three times to schedule my appointments I had questions. I waited on the hold line each time for over 20 minutes and was never able to speak with someone. I ended up scheduling online. I've brought my car in regularly for service and although it is a perk, my car has never been washed after service like we were told it would be when we purchased from Lithia. Each time we're told the car is ready and when we get there for pickup we're told they haven't had time to get to that. Again, it's a perk, but it seems consistent that it's not a perk for us. More

Good warranty repair experience The service was good. They have a little text messaging app that allows you to keep in touch with the service coordinator, so that was nice. My vehicl The service was good. They have a little text messaging app that allows you to keep in touch with the service coordinator, so that was nice. My vehicle is a certified pre-owned, so the transaction was easy. My only question would be how thoroughly they inspect the cars before they turn them over. They day after I drove my car off the lot, I noticed a problem with a front wheel that seems like it should have been noticed. The day after I got that fixed, my check engine light came on. Probably just a coincidence, and hopefully they'll fix my engine issue and I won't have any more problems. More

Overall good Good service thank you however the car I got for the day was on E with 20 miles left on tank. I stopped and threw in 4 gallons and the meter didn’t go Good service thank you however the car I got for the day was on E with 20 miles left on tank. I stopped and threw in 4 gallons and the meter didn’t go up. Over lunch stopped again put another 4 gallons in and meter dropped to 15 miles till empty. Thinking it was running out somehow put another 4 gallons in and the meter didn’t go up- I chalked it up as a broker gas meter which is annoying as I stopped 3 times to fill a car I only drove 25 miles in. As I was pulling up Merle Hay the meter must have reset and it was now 3/4 full. Just letting you know so you can get this looked at for the next person. I enjoy your service and my rep was great even mentioned the empty gas and asked if it was ok I just didn’t realize it was on 0. More
