Unexpected I had not been in a car dealership in a long time and was not looking forward to getting in one again as usually you deal with the stereotypical car s I had not been in a car dealership in a long time and was not looking forward to getting in one again as usually you deal with the stereotypical car salesmen, very pushy, so imagine my surprise when I met Kevin and he was the polar opposite of what I was expecting. He listened very close and was able to get me into the truck I wanted for actually less than I expected to pay. I WILL be recommending anyone I know who is looking to buy to go see Kevin Anderson @ Arrowhead Honda. Also Jason in the finance department was freckin great also never pushed extended this or gap that like I had gone thru in the past. I had a great experience all the way around. More

They offered me less than another place for my '06 car, but my car did have a few things wrong and I did get them to come up some from initial offer. Craig, sales rep was totally nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with all aspects of the experience. My new car was in perfect condition when I took posession. They gave me a very good financing deal. Carlos was a great asset to our researching and understanding of vehicle components and subtle differences between 2013 and 2014 models. He was available to chat whenever we needed assistance, and answered many questions via text even when he knew we were actively seeking quotes from multiple dealerships. He does his research to make sure he is telling the truth. I appreciate that quality. FYI for those that settle their quote prior to purchasing, the finance office will offer (at the time of this review) an upgraded alarm for about $500 and an extended warranty for $2,000. If those are things that you are interested in, then plan accordingly. More

I was concerned about my credit rating and if I could afford the payments. I picked out a few used CR-V's that were available on the website (I have wanted one for many years) and gave it a try. After filling out the super easy form on the internet, I got a call from Kevin Anderson and he said everything looked good. We made an appointment for the next day. He is a very kind and friendly person who was genuinely interested in us and didn't pressure us at all. We took a 2007 on a test drive and he answered all our questions. We also looked at a 2011 CR-V which was a certified used car. I liked the features that come with certification so I said let's try that one. He did his computer magic and presented us with the paper showing what the payments would be depending on the length of the loan. I was surprised the payment was low enough for me to say "Let's do that one then". After a short time we met with Jason Heximer and he had everything ready and presented the extended warranty and other options. He didn't "push" any of them which we appreciated. After some handshakes and congratulations we waited a short time while they detailed the car. When we drove out of the lot I was in shock that we had a new car. It is SO GREAT! We look forward to a long relationship with Arrowhead Honda. I was a fiercely loyal Saturn owner. Now I am a loyal Honda owner. Who'd of thunk it. Thank you Kevin and Jason!! More

One was to get our 2009 CR-V serviced and two to find out a bit more about upgrading to a new CR-V model. That is where we met Dominick. He was simply answering questions for us as we walked around the showroom model. When the battery would not allow us to see everything work he whisked us outside so we could SEE and TOUCH all of the great features. From the time we sat down to crunch numbers it was exactly 2 hours before we were driving away in our new CR-V. Dominick was no-nonsense and we didn't feel like we were being hassled or pushed aside. He worked hard for us and was an absolute professional. I have been to 2 other Honda dealerships and I absolutely prefer Arrowhead for their professionalism and timeliness. More

Beyond that, the no-pressure sales approach was a nice change of pace from the pushy sales associates at other dealerships.
