Great Service! Great Experience! I would like to start the review by mentioning I am a first time buyer of a new vehicle. Honda took good care of me as a new college graduate and got I would like to start the review by mentioning I am a first time buyer of a new vehicle. Honda took good care of me as a new college graduate and got me into the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. I initially applied with a co-signer only to be called back a couple days later to be informed that the Honda finance team had worked to get me a better finance rate that allowed me to sign without the aid of a co-signer. I have never heard of a dealership calling someone back to give someone a lower car payment. They even threw in some paint protection and theft protection in for free. Stellar experience with Arrowhead Honda. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

I was not eager to part with the old auto of which I was so fond and that had served me so well all those years and delighted with the service provided by David. We recently purchased a (used) 2008 Honda CR-V from Arrowhead Honda. My wife and I were greeted by Jeff Vien when we arrived at 7 PM on a Wednesday night. Jeff asked us what brought us to Arrowhead a Arrowhead Honda. My wife and I were greeted by Jeff Vien when we arrived at 7 PM on a Wednesday night. Jeff asked us what brought us to Arrowhead and how could he help. We've purchased 2 other CR-V's from Arrowhead, one in 2006 and one in 2012. The 2006 was in an accident and the insurance co. decided to "total" the car, hence our need to visit the dealership. Jeff was able to take the information of make and model we were interested in and found a suitable car on the lot. He had it brought up front and soon we were taking it for a test drive. After answering questions about the vehicle, it's history and maintenance we sat down to discuss pricing. This was our first stop, so we felt it was to our advantage to see what else might be out there for sale. While at work Thursday I was contacted by David ( a sales manager, I believe) who wanted to follow up on our visit the night before. He briefly discussed the vehicle we test drove and was open to further negotiations. I was at work and unable to follow up at that time. My wife looked around online for similar cars and we decided that Arrowhead Honda was going to be our best deal. We called Friday to confirm our interest and when we came over Friday night the vehicle was freshly cleaned and ready to drive off. After a short time with Jason in financing we concluded our deal (and the paperwork) and drove it home. A very pleasant experience all around. More

I am a repeat customer of Arrowhead Honda for over 10 years. I have purchased 3 vehicles there and have also assisted my Mom in her last purchase with them as well. Every purchase has been above my expectations, which says alot because I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. Being in the financial sales industry myself for 23 years, I know how important client satisfaction is and the friendliness/professionalism it takes to obtain and keep them loyal for all future needs. Tony went above and beyond with answering my questions in multiple meetings and over the phone as I surfed the net for the competitor's prices. He took time to make sure I understoon all the features and the prices related to the upgrades I desired. After a week of gathering information, I purchased my CRV and love it! Thank you Tony! Jason was also great to work with in finance. He handled my questions and gave me the best solutions at very fair prices for my extended warranty contract and loan rate etc. He never tried to push me into purchasing something that I didn't need, which I appreciated. After making initial internet contact with three local Honda dealers, Rich Killeen was contacting me on the phone the very next day. When it was apparent that we wanted a car in a color that was not on the lot, he and Jason Heximer had just the car we were looking for delivered within an hour or so...WOW!
