Customer service excellence Honestly, my last trip to Orr for an oil change/tire rotation was not positive. It was only on my third trip to the service department that I was able Honestly, my last trip to Orr for an oil change/tire rotation was not positive. It was only on my third trip to the service department that I was able to pick up my truck. Orr was new then. I'll chalk it up to teething problems. This time was a perfect experience. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 for an 8:45 appointment. I was promptly given a ride to work. A couple of hours later I received a call telling me that my truck was ready. I asked if they could deliver it to my work. Within 30 minutes I received a call that my truck was in the parking lot at my work. A couple of signatures and I had my truck. A perfect example of the meaning of customer service. Well done, Orr, well done! More

First Time Service Appointment The service department staff were friendly, the waiting room was comfortable enough that I fell dozed off a few times while waiting, and the complimen The service department staff were friendly, the waiting room was comfortable enough that I fell dozed off a few times while waiting, and the complimentary automated car wash that was available after the service was just icing on the cake. Super happy that I bought a service contract. 10 out 10 chance that I'll take a nap in the waiting room again. More
