Decent Experience I took my wife’s car in for oil change and tire rotation. Talked to service when I dropped it off. I waited in the waiting area and after a very long time, approximately 2.5 hours I went to check status of my car and it was done. They called my wife’s name & not mine so I never knew it was done. Service was good but wait time was terrible. They need to make a note of who brings in the vehicle to avoid instances like this. More

The service representative that I dealt with, whose name escapes me, is an asset to your establishment, and I feel certain is personally responsible for a great deal of return service business. I am not certain, but his name is possibly Jason. Hats off to that individual for his superior customer service skills. In addition, my truck was returned to me in good and clean condition, with no evidence of service shop grime either on the exterior, under the hood, or most importantly in the interior of the cab.
