The service representative that I dealt with, whose name escapes me, is an asset to your establishment, and I feel certain is personally responsible for a great deal of return service business. I am not certain, but his name is possibly Jason. Hats off to that individual for his superior customer service skills. In addition, my truck was returned to me in good and clean condition, with no evidence of service shop grime either on the exterior, under the hood, or most importantly in the interior of the cab. Thank you to the service staff at Orr Chevrolet for an overall positive experience. I think I may have just located my new Chevy dealership of choice. More
