was happy that it was only 2 1/2hr. wait instead of all day overall we were happy with service, have been unhappy with visits in the past but this time was ok. Took 2 days instead of a week! As this is the only Dodge dealership in our town, I have used them alot during my ownership of my vehicle. I have usually had good experience with ser As this is the only Dodge dealership in our town, I have used them alot during my ownership of my vehicle. I have usually had good experience with service, but have only used it for oil changes in the past. This time my Durango died and would not start. I had it towed to the dealership. Later that day I spoke with Clayton, Srv Mng, and he assured me he would do everything he could to get my car taken care of as soon as possible. The next day I spoke with Jason, Srv Adv, and he called me back before the end of the day, to let me know that my car was done. We had a small hiccup the next morning when my car wouldn't start. But Shane, Srv Tech, stepped in and immediately took care of the issue and my car was ready to go within a few hours (there were some tests he ran to be sure he had fixed the issue). All and all, a great experience and great service. Everyone was very helpful. I truly appreciated getting my car back so quickly. Thank you!! More
