The transport company called me, I ask if they were driving a car hauler or driving semi truck, that's when, I knew they were driving, not shipping my truck. Lots of scratches on truck, dent, dead center on front bumper, carpets look like they were taken from a older truck, won't lay flat, causing rolls to appear on floor mats, sad. This was my forth internet purchase for cars/trucks, everyone was delivered at no cost. Everyone I bought came with no surprises. Now I know why my 1600 mile truck wasn't certified. WowWoods More

Talked with Jason via phone / text and set up an appointment enabling the vehicle to be ready for a test drive on arrival from Wichita. Quick and fair negotiation resulted in departing the dealership within 2.5 hours of arrival with the preowned 2019 Chrysler Certified Ram 2500; even with the financing completed by Wells Fargo! All staff were professional and they wanted to assist us in anything required to execute the sale. Dealership was extremely busy for a Friday, but appears this is normal operation. Will be back for future purchases even though it is a 281 mile drive to Chillicothe! Thank you all. More
