This dealership completely botched my lease payoff and has done nothing to make it right. When I traded in my lease, I was told by the Salesperson “we will be paying off your jeep”. Instead of handling it has done nothing to make it right. When I traded in my lease, I was told by the Salesperson “we will be paying off your jeep”. Instead of handling it properly, they sent a partial payment that covered just a handful of monthly payments and left me owing thousands of dollars on a vehicle I no longer even have. What’s worse than th8/ is the absolute lack of communication. I’ve emailed their customer service address, called repeatedly, even reached out to multiple employees directly. No one has given me a straight answer. No one has taken responsibility. No one has even bothered to follow up. Yet somehow, they still find the time to send me “Happy Birthday” phone calls, “Congratulations on 6 months with your Jeep!” texts, and other useless marketing spam. They can track me down for that, but not for a major financial screw-up they won’t address. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s negligent and unprofessional. A dealership that refuses to address mistakes but continues to market to the same customer is showing exactly where its priorities are: sales over service, image over accountability. If you’re considering doing business here, beware: once they’ve made the sale, you’re on your own. More
