Randomly while driving the radio stops working, the speedometer drops to zero, the headlights flicker on and off, and every light on the dash comes on. We took it to the service center twice, and were told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but that the car was safe to drive. The car broke down in the middle of a busy road today with my wife and dog in the car. Thanks for putting my family in danger. More

QUESTIONABLE LABOR CHARGE I brought my 2013 Elantra in for replacement of front and rear brake pads and rotors. I SUPPLIED THE PARTS. They charged me $190.00 per axle to do the I brought my 2013 Elantra in for replacement of front and rear brake pads and rotors. I SUPPLIED THE PARTS. They charged me $190.00 per axle to do the job.( I had a coupon that lowered the cost to $170.00 per axle ) I thought this was kinda high so after I got home, I went online to find what others were charging for the same work. I went to three different sites and found the highest rate to be $129.00 per axle. I called Rick Stubblebine to voice my concern about this and he told me that the hyundai labor charts indicated the job would take 4 hrs. at $95.00 per hr. The brake replacement PLUS an oil change PLUS a multipoint inspection took 2 hours. This is the SECOND time I have had a problem with the service department. The first incident was resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to go to this dealership for inspections and oil changes. However for mechanical repairs I will go to an independent garage. More

When it finally arrived last week, I couldn't wait to get it. From the test drive to the final delivery, everything went flawlessly and without a hitch. Everyone from Tiffany to Lisa made the whole experience so smooth. This is my second purchase from Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Hyundai or a used vehicle. More

Exceptional I recently purchased a used vehicle from Piazza Hyundai and the experience was exceptional (not generally something you expect to say about used car b I recently purchased a used vehicle from Piazza Hyundai and the experience was exceptional (not generally something you expect to say about used car buying). First the purchase, it was straight forward with the true car pricing and a fair trade-in value offered. Not that I think it necessary to point out, but some may find it useful in a review to know, that the deal was made by me, a female, alone, and I never felt pressured or disrespected. The sales associate had everything in order for a seamless transaction – limited waiting around which was priceless with two small children in tow. Next, after driving the car on a trip I noticed some issues. No worries, the service department quickly figured out the issue and, although beyond the scope of a limited warranty, the General Manager did all he could to make the situation and the car just right. It was a perfect car buying experience. I am very happy with my new-to-me (used) car and would highly recommend the customer focused staff of Piazza Hyundai. More

All of my Hyundai vehicles have been serviced at this dealership and I have been completely satisfied with the service department. Piazza Hyundai Pottstown is a great organization that sells a great product and I will continue to purchase future vehicles from them, assuming the vehicles meet my needs. I have owned 2 Genesis's and look forward to the Genesis luxury brand separation from the regular Hyundai product line and the development of new luxury vehicles, eg a 7/8 seat CUV/SUV. Great cars at a great price! More

Best all around We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehic We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehicle from Rick as we had purchased from them in the past and currently bring three vehicles for service. Jason had called me later in the afternoon with the estimate. Being an 11 year old car we had to make the choice of the repair or purchase. All of my repair options were presented to me and we had to make the wisest decision and lease or purchase. The next morning we spoke with Joe in sales who had helped us twice before and immediately started working for us. Within 15 minutes we had a car and a deal worked up on paper and once we decided what to do we had the deal finalized a few minutes later. They really helped us in a bind and an emergent situation from the rapid repair eval to the loaner as not to miss work to the quick sale. Literally from front to back,an A1 team. More
