I will not return to this service center. Had purchased a deal for 3 oil changes and tire rotations and left each visit with avoidable problems: they killed my battery during the visit and it Had purchased a deal for 3 oil changes and tire rotations and left each visit with avoidable problems: they killed my battery during the visit and it took 2 techs to figure out how to use the jump pack, they didn’t refill coolant and car was overheating, check engine light on and they refused to do diagnostics. Took it to autozone and it was due to incorrect oil pressure following the oil change. More

The service and inspection appeared to be very thorough (loved the video and text updates) but my one complaint would be that when I dropped off and picked up my car, I barely even spoke to anyone.
