Josh was our salesman and did an outstanding job. He spent a great deal of time communicating via text and calls before we drove up to finalize the purchase. We also really appreciated the finance manager who worked efficiently and did a great job finalizing all the details. We truly appreciated the sales approach without the high pressure purchasing tactics. I did return a few weeks later to have a few maintenance issues taken care of and was very impressed by the young lady running the computer to the technicians. The only negative I can come up with is the detailing on the car was not very good. I realize how difficult it is to find help so understand, but it was so dirty in the door jams and hatch that t it almost deterred me from making the purchase. Thank you all for making the purchase on our used vehicle enjoyable and low stress. It was worth the drive to buy from you. More

Selfish no good. Only wish to take the money from the good people of Eugene. Asked them to service my car, almost charged me 1,200 dollars. I get higher authority involved and total sum comes to 80 dollars. Get my car back from this circus and there were major issues with the car that were overlooked in servicing. The 1,200 dollars they planned to charge would not have even solved the underlying issues. All I can say is: greedy pigs. More
