I love Lithia Dodge in Eugene! I have been a customer of Lithia Dodge in Eugene for at least 10 years and I have never been disappointed. Mike is attentive, engaged, and knowledgeab I have been a customer of Lithia Dodge in Eugene for at least 10 years and I have never been disappointed. Mike is attentive, engaged, and knowledgeable and he always delivers efficient expert service. While I was waiting I talked to a salesman named Jason about purchasing a new Challenger. He was knowledgeable engaging and friendly all without being pushy. When I am ready to make that move I will absolutely reach out to him. Also a while back Ricky in the parts department diagnosed an issue I was having with my locks and got me the right part the first time. I couldn't be happier. I've sent multiple family members in and Lithia service and parts and they have all had positive experiences. It is hard to find trustworthy organizations and individuals in this industry but I know I certainly have. They are quick and they do the work right the first time. I will continue to bring my cars and my family's cars to mike matt joel ricky and tim. Thanks guys! More
