This dealership failed to give me Toyota's military rebate even though they new I was in the military. I called the dealership multiple times after I reviewed the finance documents and discovered it wa rebate even though they new I was in the military. I called the dealership multiple times after I reviewed the finance documents and discovered it wasn't on there. Both the sales team and the finance manager failed to return my calls. I then went into the dealership and they seemed annoyed that I went in. When I asked them if I could get the military rebate of $500 credited back to me they basically said too bad so sad. But like I said, they asked about my employment and new I was military before I signed for the car. They also gave me an outrages interest rate even though I'm a well qualified buyer. I told them which bank(s) I wanted to finance with and they ignored that and financed the car with Toyota Financial Services. I called my bank the next day and refinanced the vehicle anyway. I went from a 7% to a 3% interest rate. Additionally, when I was signing I had to ask the financial manager multiple times what my interest rate was and he danced around the questions. I new he was screwing me but I wanted that car and I already new I could refinance with my bank the next day so I went with it. But other buyers need to be aware that they will screw you wherever they can. They also tried to throw an extra $5000 onto the sticker price AFTER I said I wanted to buy that vehicle. I did argue with them on that and they took the upcharge of $5000 off. Buyers beware. Shady dealership. More
