Hello my name is Curtis Hensley. I was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. I moved my family to Colorado Springs in January of 2022. We have three children and two dogs. I have been in the car business since 2010 and have held almost every position in a dealership. What i love about the car business is that there is never two days the same. Be warned, they barely certify their "certified" used cars, and then they don't stand behind them at all. These are our tires after less than 2000 miles of purchasing from their dealership. And once we s cars, and then they don't stand behind them at all. These are our tires after less than 2000 miles of purchasing from their dealership. And once we showed them the tires wear was due to a bad alignment from their certification process, they completely stopped communicating with us. That includes the salesman, his manager, and the used car manager. Had these tires blown they would have been liable. The car also needed an oil change about 1000 miles after purchasing. I seriously don't think they did anything to the vehicle. I had to get it repaired from an actual reputable place. Horrible people working there that don't care about you at all and will cease communication if you prove it's their fault. More

Company is shady and dishonest about pricing. your company should be audited for adding on thousands more than verbally agreed. sure, it might have b Company is shady and dishonest about pricing. your company should be audited for adding on thousands more than verbally agreed. sure, it might have been in the contract and I should have taken the time to read it more thoroughly before signing. that's on me. but your company is pathetically distrustful and I will never recommend anyone to do business with you. also lowballed me for the car I traded in, then turned around and charged the same amount I bought it for in 2020. very disappointed and I hope the leeches at Corwin go out of business soon.
