I started out with Pacifico Auto group as a customer. First purchased a pre-owned 1999 Izuzu Rodeo in 1999. From there I purchased all my Vehicles from the Pacifico Auto group. After 10 years in Retail Electronics. I decided I wanted a career change and joined the Pacifico Family in 2006. I started in Ford Sales for a little more than a year. I then joined our Ford Service Department. There I served as a Service Advisor for a year. I helped open and manage our Commercial Truck Center for a year. I served as assistant Service Manager of Ford Service for about 2 years. My long term goals is to work my way to a General Managers Position. In 2012 I moved to our Hyundai/ Mazda Stores. Where again I started out as a Sales Consultant. Since then I have been a Finance Manager, Mazda Sales Manager, after that Used Car Manager for Pacifico Mazda Hyundai. Very accommodating quick process for my 5th or 6th lease with pacifico at this point. Many things handled before even stepping inside the dealership. Eric is great and so is the rest of the team -- Several with pacifico at this point. Many things handled before even stepping inside the dealership. Eric is great and so is the rest of the team -- Several chipped in at various stages to offer particular expertise. I will continue coming back for the foreseeable future.. including my next lease for sure. More

Jason Oquendo lied to me about an engine problem with my 2019 VW Atlas, he apprised it at 16,000 & I traded it same day to a toyota dealership for 19,500 and they did not find an “engine issue”. He was extremely unprofessional & when I was trying to speak to him about the trade in appraisal he kept talking over me to the point where he was almost yelling & insulted my intelligence on multiple occasions. Do not buy a car from him. More
