We were looking for a particular make and model — a Buick Encore GX — in good condition and in our price range. We began looking at used vehicles after the idea of purchasing a new one at another Ferguson d Encore GX — in good condition and in our price range. We began looking at used vehicles after the idea of purchasing a new one at another Ferguson dealership fell through. Ferguson in Colorado Springs had a gently used one with low mileage and in excellent condition. It was even in the color we wanted. We called to say we would drive there (we live 100 miles SE) and buy it, and they were ready for us, got the process completed in about an hour and a half, and sold us the Buick we wanted. I have not purchased a car in quite a few years, so I was a little surprised at the complex electronic paperwork, presented so quickly with little opportunity to see details or ask questions, but we were quite satisfied with the discounts provided, the loan obtained through a local credit union, and the willingness to obtain us a payment we could work with. We would certainly buy from this dealership again. More
