I needed another car and, having had good fortune with the Hawaii dealership, I went to Fred Anderson to look for a new car. Again, fortune smiled on me and I met Eddie Cooks. He helped me with a lease and when I found that my choice was too small for me, Eddie helped me find a Tacoma that did meet my needs. He went through the paperwork for me to pay of the lease and buy the Tacoma outright. He made some suggestions about the truck that, as it turned out, saved me a lot of headaches. I cannot say enough about Fred Anderson as a dealer helper when buying a car or truck. One could not go wrong if an arrangement was made to see Eddie Cooks initially for help and, if needed, advice. It was my first time ever buying a car. So I was clueless when I got to this dealership. Mr. Joey Simoneau was the sales agent that approached me. All I have to say is even though he knew it was my first tim when I got to this dealership. Mr. Joey Simoneau was the sales agent that approached me. All I have to say is even though he knew it was my first time buying a car, he did not or never did he think to even take advantage of me. He really made sure my needs were met and that I got the exact car that I wanted. And one thing I loved about Mr. Simoneau was how he genuinely listened to everything and every detail. Not for one moment did Mr. Simoneau let me feel like he was just selling me a car. He made me feel like I was with one of my family member who made sure he helped me shop for my car. Every word he said was True. I told him I didn’t want to put any money down and he made sure I didn’t. Not only did I walk out the dealership with no down. He made sure I walked out the dealership with nothing coming out of my pocket. That’s not the best yet! He also gave me such great discount off my car. And when I say “Great Discount” I mean I couldn’t even believe it. All I know is if I decide to get get a new car or trade in my car. I would definitely come back to this place. And if any one of my friends or family members decides to buy a new car. Even if I hear a stranger talk about buying a new car. I would so recommend this place to them. Why? Because I want them to have the same great experienced I had with this place. Nothing but positive and all smiles. You will definitely walk out happy and smiling! More

I wanted a 4Runner that was the best mix of value and capability. After having 5 Jeeps Wranglers previously, I was looking for a vehicle capable of really going off road like my Wranglers, but perform better than a Wrangler on the road for longer trips. Chris was very knowledgeable about the features and options, was persistant and accommodating of my schedule. Ended up getting a used 4Runner that met our needs and fit into my budget. Having come from new Jeeps, the prices of the 4Runners was higher than expected for something that we were using in the Mud and off road, but looking forward to years of getting it dirty. More

Took test drives in a Toyota Avalon Limited and a Toyota Camry XLE. I currently owned a Toyota Camry LE but was disappointed it did not have Apple Play or the better safety features than the one I chose at your dealership. I would very much choose this dealership again or send my grandson for his first new car. I will recommend to others who are looking for a new car also. Jason Perez also helped to make sure that the deal and financing were proper for my needs. Alesia Durr also took very good care explaining our loan rates and financing issues. I'm a single senior who works night shift and needs a reliable car, Have had Toyotas in past so decided this time to forgo cheaper private sale for a reputable dealer. Found a potential candidate on-line on Anderson's web site and went in unannounced to see what kind of deal I could make. Had limited funds. Lucked out getting Dennis Quinn as my sales person. He listened to my tale of woe, came up with viable solutions, and in the end, a little over 4 hours later, I had a 2011 5 speed Corolla at a price I could afford, my dead car was taken care of (picked up and taken to dealership with help from Dennis, Faye Bustos, and Jason Perez), Faye helped me with paperwork, transferring my insurance, and returning my rental and putting me into my "new" car. She even came in on her day-off to finish the license plate transfer for me. An absolutely painless process. Cannot say enough about Dennis and Faye's professionalism, customer service, and empathy. Felt like a valued family member. This level of care is rarer these days, and I really appreciate their help. Even got my first good night's sleep in some time that night. THANK YOU ANDERSON. More
