I had a great experience with Lexus of Sarasota at my first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. I loved the video sent by the tech while our GX 460 was up on the rack, giving first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. I loved the video sent by the tech while our GX 460 was up on the rack, giving us a thorough walk around. (NICE TOUCH) I appreciated Phill, our service advisor lining us up with a loner vehicle as they did not want to rush the process. This dealership is top notch. Even though they recently changed ownership, they continue to have great customer service. Grant did a great job explaining all the upgrades since my last purchase. The new general manager, Chris, is very friendly and sincerely listens to and tries to solve any purchasing issues that arise. They even provide an in person, live, technical support and tutoring person before you leave the dealership which is real handy with these high tech gems. As far as I can tell, their service department retained most if not all of their people. A month before my recent purchase of a new NX 250, I had my 2017 NX 200T serviced, and that experience was great, as normal. My service rep is Jason Peters, and they just don’t come any better. Been doing business there for 10 years, and can’t see any reason I would consider ending that relationship. I would highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota! More

I scheduled for my maintainance and was told it would take 3 hours. So I asked for a car loaner which evidently is available on Wednesday's, it took me a while to get an appointment. Got there and was t take 3 hours. So I asked for a car loaner which evidently is available on Wednesday's, it took me a while to get an appointment. Got there and was told I only needed a tire rotation and that the car was due back at 5:00. I would have rather sat in your lounge and waited for my car. It was a real hardship! I was not at all happy with the way Lisa explained how the dynamics would work out, but then she accommodated my service that had to be done and the return loaner car time. Lexus should have told me what type of service I was to have done and then explain in detail how the loaner car works, so I could plan my work day around the proper information involving my service. More
