After deciding on the car--2017 RX 350--he then helped me set up the lease that I needed and walked me through the paper work and sales opportunities. He then turned me over to Frank Justin, who handled the actual paperwork. When i picked up the car today, I met Jason Peters of the service department and discussed that I would be working with him when service was needed. Finally, Bill Longo spent as much time as I needed explaining all of the idiosyncrasies of the car so that I had a working knowledge of all of the new innovations that are part of this car. Everyone made this an excellent place to buy a car. More

I have purchased other new cars using USAA Car Buying Service and it always works well. As usual, it was a very smooth process. I did a demo drive of the 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport I had picked out and was very pleased with the ride, performance, many standard safety features, the beautiful red interior. Matt was personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. At no time during the process was there any pressure. The sale was very relaxed and friendly. He worked hard to achieve a deal that I was happy with. Jim, Finance Dept, was also very knowledgeable, professional and fast. I will buy another Lexus in the future at Wilde Lexus and will seek out Matt as my salesperson. Kenny Turner, Delivery Specialist, took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with the many features of the RX. Bottom line, a great experience from sales, finance and delivery. More
