I have purchased other new cars using USAA Car Buying Service and it always works well. As usual, it was a very smooth process. I did a demo drive of the 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport I had picked out and was very pleased with the ride, performance, many standard safety features, the beautiful red interior. Matt was personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. At no time during the process was there any pressure. The sale was very relaxed and friendly. He worked hard to achieve a deal that I was happy with. Jim, Finance Dept, was also very knowledgeable, professional and fast. I will buy another Lexus in the future at Wilde Lexus and will seek out Matt as my salesperson. Kenny Turner, Delivery Specialist, took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with the many features of the RX. Bottom line, a great experience from sales, finance and delivery. More

He also showed me the paperwork and features of the car I was interested in, answering all my questions clearly and concisely. David helped me to understand the GPS system since this is a new feature for me. He also walked me through the process of setting-up my Smartphone and again helping me to be able to use this feature. Frank clearly explained in detail what additional benefits I might want to add to my purchase to insure that I had the best coverage for future service of the car.
