We had an emergency repair of our coolant system as we
were driving to San Diego. The service department was able to fit us in that morning and repaired the system, and we were on our way.

"required" to install and pay for an aftermarket anti-theft device we did not want... Which apparently kills our 12-volt battery with vampire drain while we're out of town (this has happened multiple times). Dealership didn't diagnose problem, I had to do the research myself.
Took the vehicle into into the dealership to ask them to disable the device, and to check tire pressures etc. When I picked the vehicle up I realized that they had not only not checked the tire pressures, but all four tires were low. Given that they can't even do basic things right, I have zero confidence that they've done what I ask them to do with the $1,200 device that I did not want, and will ask them to remove during my next visit.
