We've been researching mid-sized SUV's for a few months and decided on the Toyota Highlander. I certainly put Jason through the "mill" with this purchase and he stepped up to the challenge of dealing with me consistently helpful along the way. He understood that I already had a clear vision of exactly what I wanted in a Prius refresh after 7 years, although sorting through a few highly desirable, but unfortunately mutually exclusive options. While he politely asked if I was interested in anything different or additional, never pressured me in anyway. Jason was consistent with his communications with me throughout the process, and displayed excellent product knowledge. Thanks Jason! More
