Heat shield tightened Brought the Forester in to check for a noise that seemed connected to the exhaust system. The heat shield turned out to the be the culprit. Headliner Replacement Although the original service person dropped the ball on getting our headliner replacement underway before he left Ganley, the replacement service adv Although the original service person dropped the ball on getting our headliner replacement underway before he left Ganley, the replacement service adviser did everything necessary to get the job done. We fought VW of America and VW Germany for over 6 months to replace our headliner in our '07 Jetta Wolfsburg with only a offer from them to replace parts while we pay $500 in labor. The job took longer than expected and they were able to cut our co-payment almost in half which was an unexpected surprise. More
