Great job, they back up and stand behind what they do! Service error was rectified without hesitation, two brand new tires at no charge, and the recall fixed! Every dealership has a service department that generally does good work, the difference is when the rare mistake is made (hey, we all make them), the really good ones don't hesitate to own the issue and fix it. Standard oil change and check brakes.. Keith was very on top of his game on Tuesday. I had a standard oil change done to my car and asked Keith if he could look at my brakes as well. He sa Keith was very on top of his game on Tuesday. I had a standard oil change done to my car and asked Keith if he could look at my brakes as well. He said absolutely!!!! About 3 hrs latter Keith called me and said that I could use fron brakes pads and they would turn the back brakes and lube them up for us . But since I was short on money Keith worked it out for me and I didn't need the back breaks right now More

Best service I have had yet. my 2011 outback has 118,000 miles and needed a lot of maintenance. Ganley's thoroughly inspected the car and made recommendations that I had done. I my 2011 outback has 118,000 miles and needed a lot of maintenance. Ganley's thoroughly inspected the car and made recommendations that I had done. It runs like a new car now, I can expect another 100,000 out of it. The best part was when I paid for it, they saved me money compared to what the original quote was. Great Job. More

Heat shield tightened Brought the Forester in to check for a noise that seemed connected to the exhaust system. The heat shield turned out to the be the culprit.
