We fought VW of America and VW Germany for over 6 months to replace our headliner in our '07 Jetta Wolfsburg with only a offer from them to replace parts while we pay $500 in labor. The job took longer than expected and they were able to cut our co-payment almost in half which was an unexpected surprise. More
