Tim Previtt, Josh Smith and the Granite Service team once again did an 'ExtraOrdinary' job. My 2016 Subaru Outback with 82,000 miles on it also got the platinum and gold detailing treatment, inside and out. again did an 'ExtraOrdinary' job. My 2016 Subaru Outback with 82,000 miles on it also got the platinum and gold detailing treatment, inside and out. Car runs and looks just like it did when I purchased it off Prime's sales lot nearly 7 years ago thanks to the attention to safety, regular maintenance and a proficient, efficient and knowledgable technical staff. I am looking forward to when they name a dedicated maintenance bay in my name. ;) More

I switched to Granite Subaru and I am glad I did. The AT Oil temp light for my Outback would come on when I going over 65 mpg. The original dealer where I bought the car did nothing to help for a who The AT Oil temp light for my Outback would come on when I going over 65 mpg. The original dealer where I bought the car did nothing to help for a whole year. Finally, I took my car to Granite Subaru for a second opinion. Granite Subaru quickly found the temperature sensor was faulty. Changing the valve body fixed it and the oil temp light has not come on since. I now service my car at Granite Subaru. I took off the original dealer license plate frames and replaced them with Granite Subaru license plate frames. P.S. A friend of mine has also switched from the same Subaru dealer to Granite Subaru. More

Jason always takes care of me and my vehicle whenever I come in for a service. Their service department goes above and beyond for me every time. They have incredible customer service, work efficiently, and come in for a service. Their service department goes above and beyond for me every time. They have incredible customer service, work efficiently, and are very honest and up front. Not only that, but after they completed a 30,000 mile service with a state inspection, they washed my car and cleaned my Weather Tech mats! I had just returned from a snowboard trip from Sugarloaf and my car was filthy - but not anymore! I cannot recommend this place enough - only place I’ll take my vehicle More
