I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. Process was pretty simple, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Would have preferred better negotiation on the price. Actual release of the vehicle was subpar. Tank was half full, gooey residue on the front window from advertising sticker, one of the key fobs does not work, would have liked to see a copy of a presale checklist of maintenance performed. Salesman was fine. All paperwork excluding my signatures were ready to go on my arrival for pickup. More

I was really disappointed the cost of my car went up $200 per month from the time I ordered to when I received the car. The dealership was uncaring of this and not very customer focused.
