I am the General Manager here at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I attended Plymouth Salem High School and Albion College. I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. Fantastic Experience! Eric was fantastic from the get go when we came into the dealership. I had expressed an interest in the vehicle I was interested, and as soon as I too Eric was fantastic from the get go when we came into the dealership. I had expressed an interest in the vehicle I was interested, and as soon as I took it out for a test drive, and got back to the store, it was a very simple process to get me into my new Jeep! I would highly recommend Eric and the Dick Scott store for anyone looking for a vehicle! More

Great Dealership with customer service orientation I went in looking for a new car as I owned a 2011 Dodge Durango and a Pacifica before that. Was met with a pleasant atmospher and non pressure (which I went in looking for a new car as I owned a 2011 Dodge Durango and a Pacifica before that. Was met with a pleasant atmospher and non pressure (which was very much appreciated) They took time to discuss what I might be interested in, showed me what was available and we had it narrowed to two vehicles. They gave me a good trade in and a good deal on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I dealt with Jacin Lohman and Jason Scott, both were friendly and customer oriented. Highly recommend this dealership. More
