I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. Excellent, personable, considerate, friendly. If you want a Chrysler product, of any kind, you need to get to know these people. It could be the sales people, the service people, the BIG OLD BAD finance guy, or the operators who answer the phones. Terrible Customer Service Extremely poor customer service. I Leased a brand new Jeep that had a mark on the backseat and only 1 key fob. I was told they would order me a new se Extremely poor customer service. I Leased a brand new Jeep that had a mark on the backseat and only 1 key fob. I was told they would order me a new seat cover and second key fob right away. Never heard back from my salesman or the sales manager. Long story short, it took over a month to get the seat fixed and receive the second key and it only got taken care of after I got Jeep HQ involved. I will be going down the street to FoxHills for my future Jeep purchases and needs. More
