I was told they would order me a new seat cover and second key fob right away. Never heard back from my salesman or the sales manager. Long story short, it took over a month to get the seat fixed and receive the second key and it only got taken care of after I got Jeep HQ involved. I will be going down the street to FoxHills for my future Jeep purchases and needs. More
