Friendly staff, Service is excellent. Sales is good. I purchased new lease in CT but live in MA so the staff took care of the loopholes and drove to Springfield to deliver my plates. T Sales is good. I am waiting to hear why my MP3 won't connect to audio usb port. I haven't been able to hear my Playlist & the sales people don't understand why it won't connect. They told me they would ask Service. I have not heard back. I will call Service myself. More

The service department might even be a little bit better. Respectful. Helpful. Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Like with the sales team, never any pressure to do unneeded expensive repairs. In fact, they have occassionally convinced me I didn't need something done that I was worried about. They always listen, investigate, and then advise. Mazda cars are fun to drive. (Zoom. Zoom) This dealership consistently makes the customer experience fun too. More
