I had been to this dealership before and had outstanding customer service with Zach. Because of that, I gladly came back to have my car serviced again. I, too, work in the service industry so I really do try not to give people a hard time but, unfortunately, I couldn't let this one go. I appreciate the service manager trying to make things right at the end of my appointment but, if this was my first experience with Liberty, I probably wouldn't have come back. More
