I had been to this dealership before and had outstanding customer service with Zach. Because of that, I gladly came back to have my car serviced again. Today, I came in for my appointment, but was shocke customer service with Zach. Because of that, I gladly came back to have my car serviced again. Today, I came in for my appointment, but was shocked and disappointed with Shannon in the service department. Her behavior was both condescending and unprofessional. I, too, work in the service industry so I really do try not to give people a hard time but, unfortunately, I couldn't let this one go. I appreciate the service manager trying to make things right at the end of my appointment but, if this was my first experience with Liberty, I probably wouldn't have come back. More
