I bought a new Corolla here five and a half years ago and had a great experience. I thought to myself 'this is a place I would like to work'...and the rest is history! I feel fortunate to work at a great dealership in a prime location with amazing leadership and the best product. I am from New Hampshire and have been a Tennessean since 2008. I live here with my family of four and my wife of 23 years. I love motorcycles and if I had to choose, I would say that my dream car is a Ferrari. This purchase was not without its challenges since I was purchasing a vehicle for my wife as a surprise for Christmas, but Kenny Eastman and everyone I met at the dealership was fantastic. This is the first review I've ever written because this is the first car I've purchased in 40 years that I can say, "I truly enjoyed the experience." I recently bought a hybrid RAV4 from this dealership! I went through the Costco Auto Buying program and my salesman Jason Skaradowski reached out to me the same day. I scheduled a time to come by the dealership to test drive. I put a deposit down in order to get a trim level/color/options I wanted and I had a new car within two weeks. The process was super easy, seamless, and I didn't feel pressured at all! Tory in financing was great to work with too. Highly recommend this dealership and the Costco Auto Buying program. More

Came for the Costco Buying Plan, Loved the Experience We went up to Cool Springs because that was the closest Toyota dealership for the Costco Auto Plan, but we were treated like life-long friends. We got an appointment right away with Jason, and he was the perfect person for us. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, including the tiniest details of what we thought were important, then he took us out and showed us vehicles that totally fit the bill. We bought the second vehicle he showed us. The entire process was as good as it could be. More
