Based on previous experiences with dealers in Brooklyn, this was a very pleasant surprise. I would also recommend the dealer for setting a very fair price on this car. My only two complaints were 1) the interior of the car, though clean enough, could have been made to look more like new with some attention to the details (I'm sure this was a job the service dept dropped the ball on, not Jason) and 2) as a first-time buyer, the warranty and extended service contract options seemed more complicated than necessary -- again, not a complaint with Jason. More

Very positive as expected for a premium brand. I took my A7 in routine maintenance and had no problem at all. They took my car right away and in an hour and a half I was on my way home. Maybe I caught them on a not so busy day in February where the outside temp was 11 degrees. You would expect this type of service from a premium brand like Audi. This was the third time I had service performed and each time was a very good experience. Sales and service at Bell has been very positive for me. More

I cannot say enough about how he gave attention to every detail. Jason brought me to my car, set up my presets, and even programed my garage door opener! Called me days later and told me to keep a list of questions I might have moving forward! I havent used the Bell Audi service dept. yet. Hopefully, my experience will be equally as satifying. Like the saying goes.... the 2nd best car salesman is the service manager..... reveiws to follow once i have had a chance to experience the service. Somehow, I think Jason will keep an eye on my satisfaction regasrding that as well...... More
