He took the time to walk me through all my options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. The pricing was fair, the trade-in process was quick, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. Jason even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. I truly love my new Lexus and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Germain Lexus and especially Jason Smith! More

My experience with Germain Lexus of Easton was nothing less than exceptional! Approximately two years ago, I went to the dealership to look at an RX, however, I decided I wasn't quite ready to buy at tha less than exceptional! Approximately two years ago, I went to the dealership to look at an RX, however, I decided I wasn't quite ready to buy at that time. Jason Smith, my sales person, stayed in touch with me through email for the entire two year period. When I was finally ready to get my dream car, I was easily able to reach out to him for help with purchasing my RX. My experience with Jason and his sales manager, Dennis Cox, was simply amazing. I felt respected as a female buyer and both men treated me with kindness and in a fair manner throughout the entire buying process. JB in the finance department was also wonderful to work with as I have always leased cars in the past and this was my first experience with actually purchasing a vehicle. Breanna from the technology department was also very kind and patient as she answered all of my questions while going over the tech package for my new car. I had a few add ons that needed to be installed at the service center. James was very communicative and took great care of me! I so appreciate the professionalism that was exhibited by every staff member I came into contact with at the Germain Lexus of Easton dealership and would give them my highest recommendation!
