Brought my car in for a check up. While in the shop, our previously cracked windshield, about 5 inches at the vin plate. Not noticed by the tech, expanded by about twenty inches str While in the shop, our previously cracked windshield, about 5 inches at the vin plate. Not noticed by the tech, expanded by about twenty inches straight up into the drivers view. Couldn’t miss it driving the car. No mention of it made by service staff. Nice going. Still wondering about what else they may have missed. Thanks for that. More

Brought my car a week ago for battery concern, told the service consultant that I have to jumpstart everytime I use the car.. I was advised that my car needs battery tender since I’m not putting enough mil service consultant that I have to jumpstart everytime I use the car.. I was advised that my car needs battery tender since I’m not putting enough miles on it.. Lexus service place a new battery on 2022, then 2024 started on the same problem that my husband has to jumpstart it everytime he used it.. he brought the car to Lexus service on oct or nov of 2024, knowing that the battery was still on warranty, my hubby demanded to replace the battery to a new one,and so they replace it.. after 2 yrs same problem happened so the service consultant said needs a charger since the car is not running enough miles.. they did gen inspection I believe and said that everything were ok and doesn’t need any other recommendation..drove the car back home knowing that everything was okay with the battery tender and was advised to plug it, I went back to the service center because I don’t have any idea on how to connect it, the guy showed me how and drove back home.. I plugged the charger for almost 4 days but failed to work, called the service and told them about the problem, I was told to bring back to car which may need an overnight inspection, scheduled last Thursday and have to call AAA to start the car..finally they told me I need a new battery.. I told the guy that the battery was replaced nov2024.. ( if ever they replaced a new one back then) have I known earlier that I needed a new battery instead of buying the Lexus battery tender, and going back and forth to your service dept… was just frustrating and disappointing.. my husband and I haven’t had any issues with the service department before.. we’ve been your valued customers for long time.. thank you and hoping for your kind attention on this issue..Best, Dale and Merlene Lambert More
